I am sure you will all want to join in paying tribute to our Captain, Len Goodman (pictured with Dame Darcy Bussell), who has done an incredible job since he drove-in back in style last year by presenting his own Sunshine Coach at his home club – The Wildernesse.
Len then went on to play in every single event since and has been a sensational ambassador for Variety Golf. We have been very proud to have him as our Captain.
Len has just flown over to LA for a 10-week stint as a Judge in the US version of Strictly, ‘Dancing with the Stars’ but has promised to get back in time to play our last event of the season at Swinley Forest in November – and, of course, for our Christmas Lunch.
Len, we salute you and wish you all the best in the States and look forward to seeing you before long at Swinley Forest.
