It’s been a very busy few weeks with Variety Golf and lots has happened since our last newsletter and we have been to more fantastic venues such as Bearwood Lakes, Sandy Lodge, Knole Park, Hankley Common, The Grove, Woking and Loch Lomond! This is something I really want to continue, keeping the standard of the golf courses we play must be first class, just like our membership!
We have also been lucky to have some stars from the European Tour with us supporting our events in June, July and August, with Ian Woosnam at the Sunshine Classic at Woburn, Thomas Bjorn at our Variety Pro-Am at Sandy Lodge in July and Richard Bland at my Charity Pro-Am at The Grove in August!
We still have seven events left for this season at some incredible courses – The Wildernesse, New Zealand, St Georges Hill, The Berkshire, Worplesdon, Sunningdale and Swinley Forest! Don’t forget to get in touch if you would like to play as most of these events are nearly full now as you can imagine!
And then last but certainly not least, one of our most important fundraising events of the year is just a few months away – The Variety Golf Christmas Lunch at the Hilton, Park Lane, on Friday 10th December, please do get in touch to book ASAP.
